Voicemail

Voicemail indicators in CDR, and how to access voicemail through your PBX phone or web interface.

Voicemail

CrystalQore integrates with your PBX voicemail system. When callers leave a message, voicemail indicators appear in the Call Detail Records (CDR). You can access and manage voicemail through your desk phone or your PBX's web interface.

Recognizing Voicemail in Call Records

When a caller leaves a voicemail:

  • A voicemail indicator appears next to the call in the PBX Calls tab
  • The indicator shows that a message was left (e.g., icon or label)
  • Expand the row for additional context

Voicemail indicators rely on your PBX reporting voicemail status. If you don't see them, your administrator may need to enable voicemail integration.

Using Voicemail Indicators

  • Quick identification — Spot missed calls with voicemail at a glance
  • Prioritization — Filter or sort to focus on calls with messages
  • Callback — Use Click2Dial to return the call from the same row

Accessing Voicemail

Voicemail playback and management are handled by your PBX, not directly in CrystalQore. Use one of these methods:

Desk Phone

  1. Call your voicemail number (often a shortcut like *97 or your extension)
  2. Enter your PIN if prompted
  3. Follow the prompts to listen, delete, or save messages

PBX Web Interface

If your FusionPBX or PBX provides a web interface:

  1. Log in to the PBX web client
  2. Navigate to Voicemail or Messages
  3. Listen to messages, download, or delete

Voicemail access and behavior (shortcuts, PIN, retention) are controlled by your PBX. Contact your administrator for your voicemail number and setup.
