Presence Panel
Right-side panel showing team members, web status, phone status (BLF), quick actions, and status filters.
Presence Panel
The presence panel is a collapsible panel on the right side of the CrystalQore interface. It displays your team members, their current status (both web and phone), and quick actions for calling, messaging, or starting a video call.
Location and Layout
- Position — Right edge of the main content area
- Collapsible — Click the panel edge or toggle button to show/hide
- Scrollable — When the team list is long, scroll to see all members
What You See for Each Person
| Element | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Display name of the team member |
| Web status | App presence: Available, Busy, Away, DND, Offline |
| Phone status | BLF desk phone state: Idle, Ringing, In use |
Phone status (BLF) appears only when FusionPBX is integrated and BLF is configured for your extension.
Quick Actions
For each person in the panel, you'll see action buttons (or icons):
| Action | Icon | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Call | Phone | Initiate a call (Click2Dial or WebRTC) |
| Message | Chat bubble | Open a chat with that person |
| Video call | Camera | Start a video call |
Click the appropriate icon to act immediately—no need to open contacts or search.
Filters
Filter the presence list by status:
- All — Show everyone
- Available — Only people who are Available
- Busy — Only people in a call or meeting
- Away — Only people marked Away
- Online — Everyone who is signed in (excluding Offline)
- On call — People currently in a call (phone or WebRTC)
Filters help you quickly find someone available to talk or identify who's busy.
Counts
The panel often displays summary counts:
- Online — Number of team members currently signed in
- On call — Number of people in an active call
Use these for a quick glance at team availability.
Best Practices
- Keep the panel open when you need to coordinate—you'll see status changes in real time
- Use filters to find an available colleague before calling
- Collapse when focused — Hide the panel when you need more screen space for other tasks
