  • Collapsible — Click the panel edge or toggle button to show/hide
  • Scrollable — When the team list is long, scroll to see all members

Filters

Filter the presence list by status:

  • All — Show everyone
  • Available — Only people who are Available
  • Busy — Only people in a call or meeting
  • Away — Only people marked Away
  • Online — Everyone who is signed in (excluding Offline)
  • On call — People currently in a call (phone or WebRTC)

Filters help you quickly find someone available to talk or identify who's busy.

Counts

The panel often displays summary counts:

  • Online — Number of team members currently signed in
  • On call — Number of people in an active call

Use these for a quick glance at team availability.

Best Practices

  • Keep the panel open when you need to coordinate—you'll see status changes in real time
  • Use filters to find an available colleague before calling
  • Collapse when focused — Hide the panel when you need more screen space for other tasks
