Call Detail Records (CDR)

CrystalQore maintains call detail records (CDR) for all calls—whether they originate from your desk phone (Click2Dial), WebRTC, or the PBX. View, filter, search, and export your call history from two tabs: PBX Calls and Web Calls.

The PBX Calls tab shows calls that route through your FusionPBX (desk phone, trunk, extensions).
