Quick Stats Widgets
The four quick stats cards display Today's Calls, Inbound, Outbound, and Missed calls with percentage change and color coding. Auto-refreshes every 30 seconds.
Quick Stats Widgets
The Quick Stats section on the dashboard displays four cards with key call metrics for today. Each card shows the current count and how it compares to yesterday, so you can quickly spot trends.
The Four Cards
Today's Calls
Shows the total number of calls (inbound + outbound) handled today. Displayed in cyan for quick recognition. The percentage change helps you compare today's volume with yesterday.
Inbound
Displays the number of incoming calls received by you or your team today. Shown in emerald (green). Use this to see how inbound demand is trending.
Outbound
Displays the number of calls placed today. Shown in blue. Useful for tracking outbound activity and outreach efforts.
Missed
Shows the number of missed calls—calls that rang but were not answered. Displayed in red to highlight calls that may need follow-up.
Percentage Change
Each card includes a percentage change compared to yesterday:
- Positive change — More calls today (for Today's Calls, Inbound, Outbound) or more missed calls.
- Negative change — Fewer calls today. For Missed calls, a negative change is usually a good sign.
The percentage helps you understand whether today's activity is above or below yesterday's levels.
Color Coding
The cards use distinct colors for quick scanning:
| Card | Color | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Today's Calls | Cyan | Overall volume |
| Inbound | Emerald | Incoming traffic |
| Outbound | Blue | Outgoing activity |
| Missed | Red | Attention needed |
Auto-Refresh
Quick stats auto-refresh every 30 seconds. You don't need to reload the page to see updated numbers. When new call data is available from your PBX, the cards update automatically.
Data is sourced from FusionPBX CDR. Ensure your CrystalQore instance is properly synced with FusionPBX for accurate statistics.
Customization
You can show or hide the Quick Stats widget via the dashboard Customize button. If your administrator has locked this widget, you cannot disable it.
