Mobile App Features

The CrystalQore mobile app brings the core platform features to your phone or tablet. Real-time chat with push notifications, contact management, call records, file browsing, fax, calendar, and notes are all available. Data syncs for offline use, and you use the same login credentials as the web app.

Dashboard

The dashboard on mobile provides:

• Quick stats — Today's calls, inbound, outbound, missed
• Recent activity — Latest calls and messages
• Quick actions — Make a call, new message, add contact, new note
• Schedule — Today's appointments and meetings

Layout is optimized for small screens with swipeable cards and compact widgets.

Chat

• Real-time messaging — Send and receive messages instantly
• Push notifications — Get alerts for new messages even when the app is closed
• Direct and group chats — Same conversation model as the web app
• Attachments — Send and receive images, files, and media
• Message history — Scroll through conversation history
• Presence — See when contacts are online

Contacts

• Contact list — Browse and search contacts
• Contact details — View phone numbers, email, notes
• Presence (BLF) — See line status (busy, idle, etc.)
• Click2Dial — Tap to call; routed through your PBX
• Add and edit — Create and update contacts on the go
• Favorites — Quick access to frequently used contacts

Calls

• Call records — View inbound, outbound, and missed calls
• Click2Dial — Tap a number to place a call (via your PBX or VoIP client)
• Call details — Duration, date, direction
• Voicemail — Access voicemail inbox (if configured)
• Recordings — Listen to call recordings (if available)

Files

• Browse files — Navigate folders and view file listings
• Upload — Add files from your device (camera, gallery, files app)
• Download — Save files to your device
• Preview — View images, PDFs, and other supported formats
• Share — Share files with contacts or other apps

Fax

• Fax inbox — View received faxes
• Send fax — Send faxes from your device (attach documents)
• Fax status — Check send/receive status
• History — Browse fax history

Calendar

• View events — See your calendar and meetings
• Create events — Add new appointments
• Meeting links — Join video meetings from calendar entries
• Reminders — Get notified of upcoming events
• Sync — Calendar syncs with your CrystalQore calendar

Notes

• Create notes — Add text notes with the rich editor
• Organize — Use folders and tags
• Search — Find notes by content
• Sync — Notes sync across web and mobile

Offline Capability

The app syncs data for offline use:

• Recent messages — Read last synced conversations
• Contacts — Browse cached contact list
• Call records — View recently synced CDR
• Files — Access downloaded or cached files

New data and actions (sending messages, placing calls, uploading files) require a connection. The app will retry and sync when connectivity is restored.

Same Credentials

Use the same email and password as the web app. No separate mobile account is needed. Session tokens are managed per device; logging out on mobile does not affect your web session, and vice versa.

Push Notifications

Push notifications alert you to:

• New chat messages — From direct and group chats
• Missed calls — When a call is missed
• Voicemail — New voicemail messages
• Calendar reminders — Upcoming events
• Other alerts — Depending on configuration

Configure notification preferences in your device Settings → CrystalQore.
