Fax
CrystalQore's Fax module lets you send and receive faxes digitally—no physical fax machine required. Upload documents, enter fax numbers, and track delivery from one interface. Incoming faxes appear in your inbox for viewing and downloading.
Overview
- Send faxes — Upload PDF or TIFF files and send to any fax number
- Receive faxes — Incoming faxes appear in your Inbox
- Track status — See queued, sending, success, or failed status
- Retry failed — One-click retry for failed faxes from the Queue tab
Tabs
The Fax module is organized into tabs:

| All | Every fax—incoming and outgoing—in one view |
| Inbox | Incoming faxes only |
| Sent | Faxes you've sent; track delivery status |
| Queue | Faxes being processed; retry failed faxes |
Supported Formats
- PDF — Most common format for sending faxes
- TIFF — Traditional fax image format; also supported
Convert documents to PDF before sending when possible. PDF preserves formatting and is widely supported.
