Branding Elements
Logo
- Header logo — Displayed in the main navigation/header
- Login page logo — Shown on the login screen
- Favicon — Browser tab and bookmarks
Recommended: SVG for scalability, or PNG with at least 2x resolution for Retina displays.
Colors
- Primary — Main brand color (buttons, links, highlights)
- Accent — Secondary color (hover states, highlights)
- Background — Optional custom background for login or shell
Colors should meet contrast guidelines for accessibility (WCAG).
Application Name
The application name appears in:
- Browser tab title
- Login page
- Email templates (password reset, etc.)
- Notifications
- About/help text
Custom Domain
White label typically supports custom domain:
- CNAME — Point
app.yourcompany.comto your CrystalQore host - SSL — Ensure a valid certificate for your domain
- Configuration — Set the application URL in System Settings to match your domain
Custom domain setup may require DNS and reverse proxy configuration. Consult your deployment or hosting documentation.
Removing CrystalQore Branding
When enabled, CrystalQore-specific branding is hidden:
- No "CrystalQore" text in the main UI (where replaceable)
- No CrystalQore logo
- Footer or "Powered by" links may be removed or replaced
Some areas (e.g., API responses, admin metadata) may still reference CrystalQore for technical identification. Check with your support or documentation for specifics.
Mobile and Desktop Apps
White label may extend to:
- Desktop apps — Custom name, icon, and branding in the installer and app window
- Mobile apps — Enterprise mobile apps can sometimes be branded (custom builds or configuration)
Details depend on your deployment and tier. Contact support for mobile/desktop white-label options.
Best Practices
- Consistent assets — Use the same logo and colors across web, email, and docs
- Test contrast — Ensure text remains readable on your color choices
- Optimize images — Compress logos and favicons for fast loading
- Document custom domain — Keep DNS and SSL configuration documented for handoff
