Desktop Apps Overview
CrystalQore offers native desktop applications for Windows, macOS, and Linux. The desktop apps wrap the full web experience in a native window with system tray integration, Click2Dial from your desktop, and native notifications. Desktop apps are available on the Professional tier and above.
Overview
The desktop apps provide:
- Native window — Run CrystalQore in a dedicated application window instead of a browser tab
- System tray integration — Minimize to tray; quick access from the taskbar or menu bar
- Click2Dial — Click phone numbers in other apps (e.g., CRM, email) to place calls
- Same features as web — Dashboard, Chat, Contacts, Calls, Files, Fax, Calendar, Notes
- Native notifications — Desktop notifications for messages, calls, and reminders
- Persistent session — Stay logged in across restarts

Requirements
- Professional or Enterprise tier — Desktop apps are included with Professional and above
- CrystalQore server URL — Your organization's CrystalQore instance
- Windows — Windows 10 or later (64-bit)
- macOS — macOS 10.14 (Mojave) or later
- Linux — Modern distribution with glibc 2.28+ (e.g., Ubuntu 20.04+, Fedora 28+)
Getting Started
Download the app — For your platform.
Install — Run the installer or mount the disk image.
Configure — Enter your CrystalQore server URL on first launch.
Log in — Use your CrystalQore credentials.
