Logging In

How to log in to CrystalQore: navigate to your organization's URL, enter credentials, select tenant if applicable, and recover your password.

Logging In

This guide explains how to access your organization's CrystalQore instance. The login process is straightforward and supports single-tenant and multi-tenant deployments.

Prerequisites

  • A valid CrystalQore account (email and password)
  • Your organization's CrystalQore URL (e.g., https://crystalqore.yourcompany.com or a shared instance URL)

Your administrator will provide the CrystalQore URL and your initial login credentials. Contact your IT department if you don't have this information.

Log In Steps

Navigate to your organization's CrystalQore URL — Open a web browser and go to the URL provided by your administrator. The login page displays CrystalQore features and branding.

Enter your email and password — Type your registered email address in the email field and your password in the password field.

Select tenant or domain (multi-tenant only) — If your organization uses multiple tenants or domains, choose the correct one from the tenant/domain selector before signing in.

Click Sign In — Click the Sign In button to authenticate. You will be redirected to the main CrystalQore interface after successful login.

Forgot Password

If you've forgotten your password:

  1. On the login page, click Forgot password or Reset password
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your inbox for a password reset link
  4. Follow the link and create a new password
  5. Return to the login page and sign in with your new credentials

Password reset links typically expire after a short period (e.g., 1 hour). If the link has expired, request a new one.

The CrystalQore login page highlights key platform features, helping you understand what's available. You may see information about:

  • Voice and video calling
  • Instant messaging
  • Contact management
  • Integration with your phone system (e.g., FusionPBX)

Troubleshooting

"Invalid credentials"Verify your email and password. Ensure Caps Lock is off. Try resetting your password.
Tenant/domain not listedContact your administrator—you may need to be added to the correct tenant.
Page won't loadCheck your internet connection and that the URL is correct.
Session expiredLog in again. Your session may have timed out due to inactivity.
