The SMS module lets you send and receive SMS and MMS messages directly from CrystalQore using your business phone numbers. Stay connected with customers and team members without switching applications—everything runs inside the unified communications platform.
Overview
SMS in CrystalQore provides enterprise-grade messaging capabilities:
- Two-way conversations — Full inbox experience with threading
- MMS attachments — Send images, videos, and PDFs alongside text
- Delivery status tracking — Know when messages are sent, delivered, or failed
- Contact lists — Create reusable lists for bulk messaging campaigns
- Message templates — Variable substitution for appointment reminders, marketing, and notifications
- Shared number support — Multiple users can use the same SMS number for team inboxes
Requirements
The SMS module requires QuestBlue integration, which must be configured by your administrator. Once QuestBlue is set up, SMS numbers can be assigned to users or teams, and you can start sending and receiving messages immediately.
If you don't see the SMS module, your organization may not have the Professional tier or QuestBlue integration. Contact your administrator.
