Toggle individual dashboard widgets on or off. Preferences are saved per-user. Some widgets may be locked by your administrator.

Customizing the Dashboard

You can control which widgets appear on your dashboard so it matches how you work. Your preferences are saved per user and apply whenever you log in.

Opening the Customize Panel

Click the Customize button, which displays as a gear icon on the dashboard. This opens the customization panel where you can toggle each widget on or off.

Available Widgets

You can customize the visibility of these widgets:

WidgetDescription
Welcome HeaderTime-based greeting and summary at the top
Quick StatsFour cards: Today's Calls, Inbound, Outbound, Missed
Recent CallsList of your latest call activity
Today's ScheduleYour appointments and tasks for the day
Recent MessagesYour latest chat conversations

Toggle each widget on or off to show or hide it on your dashboard.

Saving Preferences

Your choices are saved automatically when you change them. No separate "Save" step is required. Your customized layout will appear the next time you open the dashboard and on future logins.

Locked Widgets

Some widgets may be locked by your administrator. Locked widgets display a lock icon and cannot be turned off. This ensures that certain information (for example, Quick Stats or Recent Calls) is always visible for policy or compliance reasons.

If your administrator has disabled a widget (removed it from your allowed set), you will not see it in the Customize panel and cannot enable it. Only administrators can restore disabled widgets.

Resetting to Default

If you want to restore the default layout, turn all widgets back on in the Customize panel. Your administrator may also provide a "Reset to default" option, depending on your deployment.
