Tips

  1. Quick search (Ctrl+K) is one of the most useful shortcuts—use it to jump to contacts or chats without navigating the sidebar.
  2. Mute (Ctrl+M) works during active calls and meetings; no need to click the mute button.
  3. On Mac, substitute Cmd for Ctrl (e.g., Cmd+K, Cmd+N).
  4. Shortcuts that use Shift require holding both Ctrl (or Cmd) and Shift along with the letter key.

Customization

Some shortcuts may be configurable in Settings under the Keyboard Shortcuts tab. Check there to see if you can customize bindings for your workflow.
