CrystalQore includes a built-in calendar for scheduling events, meetings, and appointments. Switch between Day, Week, and Month views, create events with attendees and reminders, set up recurring schedules, and add video meeting links—all in one place.
Calendar Features
Views

Switch views using the toolbar buttons (Day, Week, Month) at the top of the calendar.
Event Creation
- Click a time slot — Create an event at that time
- New Event button — Open the event form from anywhere
- Quick add — Some views support inline title entry
Event Details
When creating or editing an event, you can configure:
- Title — Event name
- Description — Notes, agenda, or context
- Location — Physical or virtual location
- Start/End time — Duration and timezone
- All-day toggle — Mark as all-day event
- Recurring — Repeat daily, weekly, monthly with end date
- Color — Color-code for organization
- Meeting link — Auto-generated video meeting room link
- Attendees — Invite team members with RSVP tracking
- Reminders — Notifications before the event

Color-Coding
Assign colors to events for quick visual organization:
- Project categories — e.g., blue for client work, green for internal
- Meeting types — e.g., red for urgent, amber for optional
- Personal vs. work — Distinguish personal appointments
