Fill in details — Enter the information you have. Fields include:

  2. Click Edit — Use the Edit button or pencil icon to enter edit mode.

  4. Save — Save your changes. Edits apply immediately.

Deleting a Contact

  1. Select the contact — Click the contact to select it.
  2. Click Delete — Use the Delete button or trash icon.
  3. Confirm — Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Deletion is usually permanent. Deleted contacts cannot be recovered unless you have a backup or export.

Quick Actions

From the contact list or detail view, use these shortcuts:

Call (Phone Icon)

Click the phone icon to place a call to the contact. CrystalQore uses the contact's phone number (work, mobile, or home, depending on configuration) and opens the dialer or initiates the call.

Email (Email Icon)

Click the email icon to open your default email client with the contact's email address pre-filled. You can then compose and send your message.

Chat (Chat Icon)

For internal contacts (team directory), click the chat icon to start an instant message conversation. External contacts do not have this option.

Quick actions appear based on available data. If a contact has no phone number, the call action may be disabled or unavailable.

Searching Contacts

Use the search bar to find contacts by:

  • Name
  • Company
  • Email
  • Phone number
  • Other indexed fields

Results update as you type. Click a result to open that contact.
