Presence and Status

CrystalQore's presence system lets you see who's online, busy, or away in real-time. Before you call or message, you can check if someone is available—reducing interruptions and improving communication timing.

Two Types of Status

Web Status

Web Status reflects your activity in the CrystalQore app:

• Are you signed in?
• Have you been active recently?
• What status have you manually set? (Available, Busy, Away, Do Not Disturb)

Web status updates in real time as you and your teammates use the app.

Phone Status (BLF)

Phone Status comes from your PBX (FusionPBX) and indicates your desk phone state:

• Idle — Phone is not in use
• Ringing — Incoming call
• In use — Active call on the desk phone

Presence Panel

The presence panel on the right side of the interface shows your team members and their current status:

• Name — Team member display name
• Web status — App presence (Available, Busy, Away, etc.)
• Phone status — Desk phone state (when BLF is enabled)
• Quick actions — Call, message, or video call with one click

The panel is collapsible—click the edge or toggle to show or hide it. You can also filter by status to focus on who's online or on a call.

Why Presence Matters

• Avoid interrupting — Don't call someone who's already in a call
• Find available people — See who's online and ready to talk
• Plan follow-ups — Know when someone returns from Away
• Respect DND — Honor Do Not Disturb to reduce disruption
