Calling
Overview of CrystalQore calling: Click2Dial, WebRTC browser calls, call detail records (CDR), and recordings.
Calling
CrystalQore provides a complete calling experience that integrates your desk phone, browser, and PBX into one unified system. Whether you prefer traditional desk phone calls or modern browser-based calling, CrystalQore supports multiple methods to fit your workflow.
CommunityCalling Methods
CrystalQore supports three primary calling approaches:
Click2Dial
Click2Dial lets you initiate calls from the browser while your desk phone handles the actual audio. Type a number in the header or click any phone number (in contacts, CDR, or elsewhere)—your PBX extension rings first, and once you answer, the call connects to the destination. Ideal for users who prefer a physical handset.
See Click2Dial for setup and usage.
WebRTC Browser Calls
Make and receive audio and video calls directly in your browser with no extra software. Start a call from a chat thread or a contact—your microphone and camera connect immediately. WebRTC is perfect for quick 1:1 or group calls without picking up the phone.
See WebRTC Browser Calls for details.
Full CDR with Recordings
CrystalQore maintains detailed call detail records (CDR) for all calls—inbound, outbound, internal, and missed. Filter by direction, date range, duration, and search by name or number. Expandable rows show technical details (codec, MOS score, PDD, IP address) and recording playback. Export to CSV for reporting.
See Call Records, Recordings, and Voicemail.
Call Pop
When you receive an incoming call, CrystalQore displays a Call Pop with caller information — name, company, and call history — looked up from your contact directory. Two variants handle WebRTC calls (answer in browser) and PBX calls (answer on desk phone). The pop-up is draggable and minimizable.
See Call Pop for details.
