Notifications
CrystalQore sends real-time notifications to keep you informed about missed calls, new messages, faxes, calendar reminders, meeting invites, and system alerts. Notifications appear as a bell icon with a badge in the header—click it to view and manage them.
Notification Types
| Type | Trigger |
|---|---|
| Missed calls | Incoming call you didn't answer |
| New messages | Chat message or SMS (when enabled) |
| New fax | Incoming fax (when fax is configured) |
| Calendar reminders | Upcoming event reminder (e.g., 15 min before) |
| Meeting invites | Someone invites you to a calendar event |
| System alerts | Administrative or system-level notifications |
SMS and fax notifications depend on your organization's tier and configuration. See the Welcome page for feature availability by tier.
Where Notifications Appear
- Bell icon — Header bar; badge shows unread count
- Notification dropdown — Click the bell to see recent notifications

Quick Actions
From the notification dropdown or center, you can often:
- Reply — Reply to a message notification
- Call back — Return a missed call (Click2Dial or WebRTC)
- View event — Open a calendar event from a reminder or invite

Notification delivery (in-app vs. desktop) is controlled in Settings > Notifications. Enable desktop notifications to stay informed when CrystalQore is in the background.
