Call records

Query call detail records for a tenant, optionally scoped to one user.

Call records

GET /api/v1/cdr returns call detail records. The organization's call-record retention floor always applies; startDate cannot go older than that cutoff.

If the organization is not linked to the phone system, the API returns TENANT_NOT_CONFIGURED or PBX_NOT_CONFIGURED.

Response data

data.records[] includes direction, caller, destination, start/answer/end, duration, billable seconds, hangup cause, missed/recording flags, and click-to-dial fields when applicable.
