Permission: presence.

List presence

GET /api/v1/presence — user header optional.

data.presence[] for each enabled user: userId, name, email, extension, status, message, onPhone, onHold, lastSeen.

Derived status can be offline, dnd, on_phone, on_hold, or the stored value (available, busy, away, and others).

Update your presence

PUT /api/v1/presence — requires X-User-Email. Updates that user only.
